Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid return label through the portal or use your preferred local carrier to send the package to our warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
